The Deer in the Headlight
A beautiful, sunny blue sky day all ready to go embrace nature. My husband Jimmy and I decided to take the motorcycles on a road trip to the Okefenokee Swamp. Another couple we know who ride motorcycles wanted to meet up and ride with us so we met them in Jesup, Georgia.
We took off in the wild blue yonder looking for adventure. We stopped off in Waycross at a Thai restaurant and had lunch and then off to the swamp. We did not go to the main tourist area, but another part of the swamp where it was a nice 20-mile ride into the park and dead-ended at the river.
They offered cabin and canoe rentals and nice trails to walk on. We took advantage of the scenery and it felt good to stretch our legs after riding for almost 200 miles.
We were having so much fun we lost track of time and knew we needed to get on the road because we did not want to ride back in the dark. We had about 70 miles we had to ride in the dark to get home.
We were about 3 miles from our house and I was reminiscing about our day and all of a sudden I saw……
I saw and felt how precious the breath is as I gasped and prayed
GOD, PLEASE SAVE ME!
The deer was running toward my right side as the hooves touched the road, I did not know if it was going to run in front of me, hit the side of me, or run behind me. We locked eyes and to my surprise, it ran behind me. I do not understand how the deer did not hit the back tire.
This could have been the last day of my life, but whatever forces of nature moved allowed me to live another day. We are all subject to taking our last breath, but we just do not know when that will be. It does not matter the situation or circumstance we are in at the time or how or why it happens. Just know it will happen. This is destiny. If you knew when your last breath was what would you do?
Life is precious. All lives matter. Why?
Psalms 127.3 “Lo, children are a heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.”
Our roots are ancient and we all come from the same heritage. We are all fruits of the womb and in His reward, it is our reward.
John 2:15 – “Love not the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man shall love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”
When we have the love of God in our hearts everything in and of this world will not burden oneself and inflict pain and suffering. When we allow ourselves to fall into pitfalls we go deeper into darkness and everything becomes cloudy and misinterpreted.
Inculcate – impressing something upon the mind, often by way of steady repetition.
Since the C-word has steadily impressed disharmony upon the mind, How has one managed?
I have heard horror stories.
One of my clients shared with me that Hope and Freedom are not in this life.
Humanity is battling at least one if not all of these ills.
Classic strategies that worked 1,000 years ago and will work 1,000 years from now.
What to do? Many plans of actions are available and can be easily integrated to shift consciousness.
Implement a plan to address the following;
The balance theory defines wisdom as the use of one’s intelligence, creativity, common sense, and knowledge with positive ethical values toward the achievement of the common good through a balance.

How?
A wellness program designed specifically for you.
Includes but not limited to;
Feel it, see it, hear it, smell it and taste it.
The veil is lifted and the answers are revealed. The confusion and chaos of this world are to continually divert you from knowing what is real and not real. Love and Faith will become lost if wellness is not brought to harmony and balance.
Find yourself and help yourself to answer the ever-present question.
Does the manner in which I live reflect my values and attitudes?
Yes will bring Love and Happiness
No will bring Pain and Suffering

Lynn is a master teacher. Her teaching style is deeply respectful of the practice, seasoned by years of experience, and informed by her knowledge in a wide array of disciplines: anatomy and physiology, fitness, many different styles of yoga, and also the deeper elements of philosophy, mantra, and Ayurveda. She really lives her yoga–mind, body, and spirit, and offers that integration to all whom she works with.
Lynn is an extremely knowledgeable yogi and a great teacher. I appreciate her philosophical wisdom as well as her teaching ability.

You truly were a godsend to me during my health crisis time back in Savannah. I haven’t had that kind of opening up of the mind and body since then. Thank you for all you did for me! Namaste, Kathleen
Working with Lynn was one of the best things I ever did. She got to know what my body needed in order to become stronger and leaner. Due to her expertise and guidance, I had more energy, strength, and endurance. I highly recommend her and am happy to talk with anyone who wishes to discuss further. Lynn can give you my phone number upon request.
I have been SO amazed at the strength, balance, and flexibility I have gained through yoga training with Lynn!!! Never a flexible child, I got even stiffer with years of wearing high heels, but, with time and practice, I recently did a BACKBEND- yes, really!! Yoga is truly a journey, and I can hardly wait to see where it take me next! Practicing yoga for 2 years, age 50-ish.
My testimonial: Impressive knowledge of applied anatomy, Lynn has been instrumental in helping me rehab after several injuries. Her yoga classes are intense physical workouts mixed with an upbeat Anusara philosophy that brings calmness into my day and the improvement in body and mind keeps me coming back to class.
I knew Lynn Geddes Wolling about 20 years ago when she was an aerobics instructor. Last fall, it was my good luck to attend an Anusara yoga class taught by Lynn and a whole new world opened up to me. I’ve been coming back ever since. Lynn’s passion for teaching, energizing, and empowering her yoga students is unparalleled. Through her, a whole new world has opened to me. It is a world that allows me to expand my physical and spiritual boundaries, to become grounded and centered, to bond with other students in the class, and to continue on an exciting journey. Thanks to Lynn and her enthusiastic teaching skills, I am increasing my physical strength and practicing yoga poses that I never thought would be possible. This is a thrilling adventure!
When I started with Lynn I was out of shape and lacking flexibility, but Lynn’s enthusiasm, excellent instruction and the warm atmosphere of the classes helped me to keep on through the challenges. And I always felt great, especially after the class was completed! That was probably three years ago, now I’m a regular at Lynn’s group classes and have an individual session with Lynn once a week. I’m 47 and was starting to feel some twinges in the joints, I’d complained to my doctor about some hip pain, but through my regular yoga practice my hip pain and joint twinges are now gone. I’m still no athlete, nor at my ideal weight, but I am stronger and feel much better because of my regular yoga practice. I’d like to particularly recommend individual sessions with Lynn. Each session, designed to meet my needs, deepens my practice. I’ve learned how to approach familiar poses given the quirks and particular challenges of my body, making my practice easier, safer and more effective. I’ve also learned new poses and modifications to add to my home practice. The whole experience, but particularly the one-on-one sessions, was a confidence-builder. Lynn is an excellent instructor and coach: knowledgeable, creative and encouraging. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
Lynn Geddes Wolling is a Master Teacher!! She truly TEACHES yoga, not just lead a class. She explains the mechanisms of the body systems as she demonstrates a pose and breaks down each pose into doable parts to guide your experience at your personal fitness level! I am so thankful to have found her ! Regardless of your experience with yoga ( I had NONE!), she inspires each student to strive for their personal best!
Beautiful Lynn, Practicing with, and learning from you was a high point for me in Savannah. It feels great to be in the Northeast again. I know that “wherever I go, there you are,” but, in all my travels, there have always been some places that I just feel resonant with and others I don’t. This one I do. The awakening of Savannah did not feel like an endeavor I could get my heart behind, but I see you doing it, with much wisdom and without ego. All blessings to you!
