ALL-LEVEL | HATHA YOGA (THURSDAY)

This class is an all-levels class. Students will learn basic postures (asansa) including how to set a proper foundation with alignment techniques to promote strength and flexibility. We will explore the elements of pranayama (breath regulation), bandhas, mudras, and relaxation techniques. Students will have the freedom to explore and increase awareness of body, mind, and spirit to improve whole-body health and wellness.
